The cost to participate in the sale is $300. Included in this price:

• Exhibition space: The photographer is provided with a table, table cloth, 2 chairs, and one wall. You may bring additional small display units.

• Photographers retain 100% of their sales.

Activities of the event:

• Opening Reception: July 5th 5 pm-8 pm

• Photographers’ Sale: July 6th and 7th, 2019 from 10 am-7 pm

• Demonstrations:

  • Platinum/Palladium printing; an 1880’s process using the metals platinum and palladium and an iron compound as the base of the photographic emulsion.

  • Wet Plate Collodion: Civil War Era “tintype” on metal

• Kid’s Photography Table - kids will be able to make their very own cyanotype prints!

• Speaker Presentations on the History of Photography

• Large Format Camera Display

Rules & Information for photographers selling their prints

• The most important rule is that your photographs must be printed by you in a handmade historic or alt process. No digital prints are allowed, no exceptions. A digital negative can be used to make your print.

• You must staff your table and sell our work directly to the buyer.

• You can unload and arrange your photographs on Thursday, July 4th, 2019 between 12pm-4pm. Your table must be set up no later than July 5th at 2 pm.

• You must remove and clean up fully on July 7th by 7 pm.

• Excellent foot traffic location in the railyard of Santa Fe, in the summer time.
